contact a representative
and a representative in your area will contact you. All "first-time"
contractors must be credit approved prior to purchasing. Your local representative will
assist you through the process.
Warranted Project Requirements
If a project is to be warranted, the following steps must be completed. For assistance with
any of these steps, please
contact your local representative.
Registered Contractor Agreement
This agreement may be completed at any time. However, a fully executed copy must be on
file with Republic prior to the shipment of material for a warranted project. This agreement
form registers you as a Republic Registered Contractor for single ply and/or coatings
applications. First time customers will also need to provide Republic's credit application.
Notice of Awards
This form serves as a notice to Republic that a project has been awarded to you for
installation of Republic products. Technical Service approval is required prior to material
shipment for all Republic warranted projects.

Statement of Completion
This form serves as a notice to Republic that installation of Republic products is complete
and ready for inspection and/or warranty issuance. (Material Only coatings warranties will
be issued upon receipt of the SOC; Material and Labor warranties require final inspection
approval prior to warranty issuance.)

Material Only coatings warranties will be issued upon receipt of the SOC. Material and
Labor warranties will be issued upon receipt of the approved final inspection report.
Material Only single-ply warranties will be issued within two weeks of material shipment.
